What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We had a female client who is a flight attendant and had been wearing a wig for 20 years. After going thru the treatment she has been going to work without the wig she was so thrilled !

Bought a Groupon for six treatments. When it for first treatment, and while staff was very knowledgeable and friendly I was very disappointed to find out that six treatments will show no improvement according to them. Was told I would need to buy at least a 3 to 6 month package in addition to get any results. Not willing to put out hundreds of dollars not knowing if their claims are true.
