The lady doing my facial was having stomach issues and left three separate times to use the bathroom. She was TMI about it and was very apologetic, but it obviously ruined the experienced. Also when she would do a face mask and it needed to sit, there was no hand or arm massage, etc. like I have received at other places, I just laid there and she was in the room too. It was like awkward silence. Staff was very nice, but unfortunately didn’t luck out with this place.

The staff were very friendly. Alexa was very knowledgeable about skin care & gave me a great facial. The products felt & smelled good.
