After paying the remainder of the bill with the tax and gratuity already put into the bill, they added another tip to card when I checked my online statement the next day. Will never eat there again

I was confused that even with a $30 groupon we had to pay another $11 for tax and they added gratuity themselves. I found that a little frustrating considering we only ordered 2 meals. We also ordered a happy hour appetizer which should have been half price, but they charged us full to make sure we spent $30. I wasn't interested in having to fight with them about it, but they should have given us half price since we owed money at the end of the night anyways.
