We loved watching the demo then making the creations ourselves. I had no idea there were so many different types of flour! They split the group in two and we made the Caesar salad and desserts before we made the pizza which was a fun group activity! Then we moved onto the pizza, due to time you do not make the dough in class but the teacher does show you how to make the dough and provides the recipes. You work out your dough and add topping then when it is all done you go back to your table and start eating and you will be served the salad and dessert! We had so much fun and loved that it was so hands-on! Such a fun date or girls day! I cannot wait to try the brunch class!

Excellent chef I'm sure, but not really a teacher. At least not in a group setting. Rest of staff assisting him were very tired and thus not particularly welcoming or friendly. They had all been working double shifts that day. The kitchen is way too small for the size of classes that they book, 20+ people. Also you may or may not get to assist with a task. Again too many students for the tasks and the workspace so you chop one pepper and then end up watching the rest of the time. Except, did I mention that the kitchen is very small and tight? So you can't really see what is happening at the tables or move around to watch the students that do get to work hands on.

The food was SO good and the wines paired very nicely. We ended up buying 3 bottles! Hopefully the table you end of sitting as has nice people otherwise could be a little awkward, but everyone seems to be there for the same thing so I don't see that being a issue. Definitely will be going here again for date night, and maybe a cooking class in the future!
