At CrossFit New Strength, the coaches work to challenge every person who walks through the door. And with workouts performed as a group, they accomplish this by tailoring each exercise to fit people’s individual capabilities. With a focus on coaching and not just outlining a workout, they adjust weights during lifting exercises, assist with modifications for individual limitations, and provide technique instruction. These workouts change daily, making use of other equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, rowers, boxes, and climbing ropes, to maintain constant variety.
