I paid for a 60 minute massage/ facial. I got 30 minute massage and a 20 minute facial. Then when I told proprietor she told me “sorry I made a mistake but you don’t have to tip and I’ll give you a coupon for next time” Now why in the world would I use a coupon for next time when I didn’t get the service I paid for this time?!? I want a refund.

Got the hot stone and led therapy and it was fantastic! My neck and shoulder feels so much better! Easy to get an appointment and no wait when I got there 5 mins early. Highly recommend!
