Low trainer patron ratio, well lite ventilated space, amazing ambience, energizing music, wide variety of effective workouts, customized workouts per client, attentive staff, locker room and shower and easy parking.

Boot camps are great to do, esp when you have a regular gym membership. Mixes things up and you get better results.
