When was the last time the men's jacuzzi drained and cleaned? There is a dirt ring of filth that I was able to scrape off with my fingers How hard is it to keep it sanitary?

I was very unhappy with the way we were treated by the staff at La Camarilla Racquet Club. The person taking court reservations made sure to remind us every single time when he asked for a member number that we were not members but just using a Groupon. Never did anyone on staff ask us if we would like to tour the facility or talk to us about our interest in joining the club. We purchased this Groupon with the intent of purchasing a membership since it is the only tennis club in the area; however after being treated as though we were nothing because we used a Groupon, we decided not to inquire about a membership. Not once did anyone take the time to walk us through the amenities, so we only went a handful of times to play tennis and that was it. Very disappointing and seems as though they are not utilizing Groupon as an effective way to market their facility and use the opportunity to gain new members.
