They just vacuumed with long hose & told me that removing dust would not do any good in cleaning up germs, that I had to spend a couple hundred dollars for comical to do that. I did not do that.

The servicemen argued with me on what services the groupon covered, I had to call the company to verify with him. It was supposed to cover cleaning all the vents and the dryer. He claimed multiple times it only covered dryer inspection and no cleaning of vents or dryer. He said he called his boss and suggested I get a refund because those services would cost me $180 extra. I eventually got him to clean 1 vent and he said it wasn't dirty and the rest of the vents shouldn't be done because they would all be clean because my vents are on the ceiling and the dust doesn't collect up there. He did clean the dryer and at that point I just wanted him out of my house. Waste of time and money.
