Accurate Automotive seemed to be professional in the way Josh at the front desk handled my appointment and check-in. And I felt pretty good after my oil change and tire rotation. But when I discovered that my shiny chrome license plate frame had been stolen and replaced with a cheap black and white advertisement for their company without my knowledge or consent, I was livid. Why would they take something that isn't theirs? They turned a new-found customer into someone who wants their license plate frame back immediately and never wants to see them again. Stupid move.

Be sure and have them tell you how long you will be there for service. When I walked in they said 2 1/2 hours. It ended up being 1 1/2 hours due to my complaining about not being told in the beginning. If I were told early I would of not went there to get service done. Otherwise, service was done correctly.
