I am sorry you feel this way. I do have a cancellation policy on my website and I also have it on my online booking system that requires you to give me a 24-hour notice. When I an appointment scheduled it requires 30 minute prep time prior to my clients arrival. unfortunately you only gave me a 10 minute notice that you could not make it into your appointment.

This was my first facial! Angelina walked me through what she was going to do-very helpful! I added a dermaplane service and it was the BEST! Angelina's work is superb! I live out of state but will definitely be back to visit her when I return to Scotsdale!!
