I haven’t had the chance to work out for years due to a demanding school schedule. I went to my first spin class instructed by Rachel, and loved it. They make you feel so welcome and comfortable. I love that it’s a smaller and local gym because you feel more valued! I loved that there were many “recovery” times where they turn the lights off if you need a second to breathe. I am not someone that enjoys working out but I seriously love it here and look forward to all my future rides!
