This took place in Gilbert. The system shows Scottsdale and I can not change that for some reason. I had a great initial consultation with the person who did the consult. I believe her name was Jessica. She was incredibly impressive and explained the entire process for the Therma-Lift Skin Tightening Facelift very clearly. The before-and-after pictures she showed me of other clients were also a big reason I moved forward. Unfortunately, the actual procedure was disappointing. I paid for what I read on groupon was listed as a One Therma-Lift Skin Tightening Facelift. But I found it only covered my lower face. Crucially, it did not even cover the under-chin area, which was one of my two main concerns, along with my jowls. We discussed these specific areas at length during the consultation, so I assumed they were included, even though the entire face was not. I can't see a difference yet, but my main frustration is that the full treatment we discussed wasn't performed. I will not be purchasing a package when the initial procedure failed to cover the areas that were most important to me.
