This was an amazing experience! My husband and I enjoyed a couples massage at the spa, and we both had truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Both of our massage therapist were VERY skilled and asked about any specific issues we had that could be worked on during the massage. We told them, and they delivered! We also took advantage of the hot tub at the facility, and it was a nice addition and cherry on top to our already amazing experience. Both of us have already said we come again. Highly recommended!

This was our second year of getting the couples massage. Last year was very good so we returned this year for another experience and have purchased gift cards for family members. The massage therapists this year were sub-par. One used way too much massage lotion making me feel and look greasy. The overlay of the therapist body rolls against me was uncomfortable. Lacked technique.

Save your time and money and go to a different spa. They charged extra for maternity massage, then the therapist spent most of the massage repositioning me over and over. Then spent the rest of the massage lecturing me on why she couldn’t do deep tissue. Take your business somewhere else!

Thank you for your feedback, Kelly. Unfortunately, the Groupon that you purchased specified a Relief massage.
Not Deep tissue or Maternity. Those do cost more as they require additional certifications. Deep tissue is contraindicated for a pregnancy massage. It can move toxins out of your muscle and into the baby and cause a miscarriage. All of our Therapists that perform Maternity massages go through an additional certification process and are there to do what is best for the baby. We are sorry if you felt lectured, but having deep tissue is comparable to drinking alcohol. Neither of which your Doctor would recommend. We hope that you and your new Baby are happy and healthy and that you have a safe and wonderful delivery experience.
