While I was trying to think about how to use my Groupon I mentioned that I had a series of photographs in plain frames and said I was sure you guys would be able to do something really interesting and unique with them and was told "anyone can put photographs behind cut outs" and I could go anywhere to get that... I ended up getting something else framed because you had a special going on at the time that was the same value as my Groupon. Later, when I went back to use my groupon for something else, the very same person who discouraged me from getting my series of photos done together in one frame tried to convince me that that was what I should have done with a new piece I was interested in having framed... after making me feel like having several pieces in one frame was a stupid idea that "anyone could do" as if I had been wasting his time. Eventually I did use my Groupon and what I got was well done and I'm very satisfied with the work but the customer service sucked, hard core. I shouldn't have to convince you that you can do what I'm asking, it was like pulling teeth to get straight answers. I would never come back unless I had a really really good Groupon, because if I'm going to pay full price for custom framing I expect people who are interested in working WITH me to make sure I get what I want, not fighting me every step of the way.

They ruined what I brought in to frame. Paying almost a thousand dollars, I expected to be blown away. I wasn't. I asked to have it fixed, and they want to charge me another $300. I will not use them again.Worst Groupon I've used so far.
