Muscle therapy is essentially an injury treatment massage that works to reduce scar tissue and patterning in the body. The more basic deep tissue neuromuscular massage will be like nothing you have tried before, with intense flushing from the origin to the insertion of each muscle (where the muscle attaches to bone), resetting the muscle memory and the entire body.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Zingara Muscle Therapy is all about understanding the body's kinesiology and anatomy. We know that working the just the problem area will not alleviate your pain. With our knowledge we reset the entire body, giving it a full chance to heal.

What do you love most about your job? Being a muscle therapist, I see immediately how I can help people who have been in pain for years. I love to teach people about how they are creating repetitive motion injuries and how to engage their core to protect and use their body to their full potential.
