We offer vegan cooking classes, pantry consultation & vegan transitional coaching, homemade baked goods and spice blends. We believe food should taste good and be good for you.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration came from "vegan nostalgia". So, it was born out of a lifelong love a cooking and the challenge to replicate age-old cuisines with minimal processing and no animal products.
