Certified yoga instructor Lisa Leonard leads Vinyasa Flow classes, which strengthen and tone bodies and calm minds through a series of linked yoga poses. Students may start off seated on the floor, inhaling and exhaling deeply, before slowly transitioning to poses that challenge the core and improve balance. Eventually, they'll work their way to standing poses that stretch out the body and increase flexibility.
Lisa can tailor her lessons to beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. The certified yoga-chair specialist also teaches clients unable to participate in her traditional classes due to their advanced age or physical limitations.
