What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our classes are intentionally small so that you cannot get lost in the back of the room! Our instructors offer hands on assists allowing the power of touch to communicate alignment in a way that words cannot. The studio is kept at a comfortable 76 degrees year round.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
The instructors at Body Reflects have very diverse backgrounds, and therefore put together equally diverse classes. Are constantly updating our class music, philosophical and alignment principal themes.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Body Reflects was opened both to combine the power of touch with yoga and to have small classes where students can get personal attention.

What do you love most about your job?
I am so proud and honored by the transformations I have seen in students. Watching people free themselves from emotional struggle, pain, dependencies, and self deprivation is a humbling experience as a teacher.
