Brennan tech very knowledgeable and found an installation error, fixed it and explained the process to me as he went. Also noted used single sided exhaust piping instead of double wall so will need to come back to replace the exhaust piping and clean the inside of the furnace due to the piping issue. Customer service worked hard to get me into a cancelation spot as my original appointment was a few weeks out due to the success of the groupon. Very happy and would use them in the future.

Damon, the Technician, was very thorough checking out the heating system. He was very helpful pointing out various features of the heating system and sent an email regarding the cost and everything done.
