If it's been a long time since you sat down with a pen, paintbrush, or another creative medium just to see what you could make, a visit to Circle of Art Studios might be in store. Here, adults and kids as young as 3 are encouraged to let loose and indulge their creative sides under the guidance of instructors who are professionals in their respective art forms. Some classes teach drawing fundamentals and history, while others offer hands-on adventures into painting, collage, and sculpture—and sometimes all of those together. And, when kids are out of school, art camps keep them occupied with projects that are way more fun than seeing how many times they can paint their name on the living room floor.
