Their hands-on approach to training includes showing clients the proper form when weightlifting, swinging Kettlebells, and flipping giant tractor tires onto the car of a mean boss. Classes run daily and are tailored to ensure that each participant is challenged, no matter their fitness abilities.

Don't hesitate to give CF Amped a shot! I was very weak and a total newbie when I took the on-ramp class in January 16. I'm so happy I took the leap- it's a great gym with excellent coaching and a really motivating environment, I will soon be beginning my second month of classes here :)
