CrossFit Amped, Bellevue

Everyday, Robert Sax and the rest of CrossFit Amped’s coaches create brand new workouts steeped in functional fitness. Their hands-on approach to training includes showing clients the proper form when weightlifting, swinging Kettlebells, and flipping giant tractor tires onto the car of a mean boss. Classes run daily and are tailored to ensure that each participant is challenged, no matter their fitness abilities.
