I am disappointed in my experience. The class was: Practice clean & jerk, then 100 burpees for time.I have a shoulder injury, so clean & jerk is not the best option for me. When I asked if there was something else I could do, I was told to do planks. That's it. Just planks. When it was time to do burpees, the instructor set the timer and left the room. He never saw me do one. I finished the burpees & waited around for some kind of feedback. When he finally returned, he just said "You're done". It was a terrible experience. The instructors should be much more involved in the class.I left with a bad feeling about the experience & never returned as I felt discouraged from the whole thing.
