Good facility for a crossfit gym and it was a good workout. I also like it because it didn’t have that crossfit cult vibe, it was just about doing things right and having a great workout, and doin what u need to do. Also everyone seemed very friendly so thats nice.

If you are considering signing up for this, ABSOLUTELY DO IT! Honestly the best workout classes I've ever done (and I've done a lot). The instructor & owner is super welcoming and friendly and makes sure your comfortable but also pushes you the perfect amount. Amazing gym space and even more amazing class groups- everybody is a big group of friends and really does make sure you feel right at home immediately, while helping you give that extra little push to feel the burn :) 1000% recommended!
