I like the setup and love the circuit style workouts. Cute little place. I've only done the evening boot camp classes and the trainers are okay, one is an older, gym teacher kind of guy but great with making sure everyone has good form and is doing the correct exercise. The other guy is younger, plays popular (top 40) music and engages more in a fun way but I've noticed he never checks for form or people doing the correct exercise, which can quickly become dangerous and ineffective.
