They were extremely decaded to servicing the customer and explained everything that my vehicle needed . It was a very good experience

The customer service was great but what I don't understand is I purchased a oil change through Groupon for Grease Monkey so I got I charged for a another oil change and rotation of tires which they did not do . I talked with the manager and it was no help. Everytime I get a oil change I only had to pay for a tip off. I need to speak to the district manager.
