The owner was great and the facility and escape room were very nice. The escape room involved everyone wearing a lanyard with a job and clue on it. We weren't told how important those clues were which caused problems for us when it came to solving the puzzles and riddles. Otherwise we had a lot of fun!

Hi, I am glad you had a great experience and appreciate the feedback. i will retrain our Game Masters on explaining the tags. Sometimes in all the excitement of a fun group they forget to stress the importance of them. It means a lot to me as the owner that you had a lot of fun and hope to see you back.

Wow, this was so much fun and made for a great team-building event. The room is quite challenging but if you work together you definitely have a chance of beating it.
