You didn’t do it nothing to me and you take my money I can just say to you guys you are fraudulent I contacted you too many times but you did nothing about it.

These are not pods, they are full rooms, and they are great. It is incredibly clean, which is top priority for me. The lighting/ mood is just right. The shower products and toiletries made available are quality, smell nice, and feel good.
The staff person was friendly and professional, especially being an, albeit middle-age, single woman, the guy made me feel comfortable.
I bought more and look forward to my next float.

I’ve previously floated at Urban Float & LOVED it, so I got this Groupon for me & my bf. But here our float started 25 minutes late, only one of the tanks had music working with no options (UF has different tracks & you can choose to use it in just beg & end), water was cooler than UF, bf noticed mold coming out of the vents, we weren’t shown other parts of the spa, & tank was more humid than UF
