Yams, pumpkins, and maize flowers are traditionally associated with the chill of autumn. At Luscious Skin Spa, however, they are ingredients in warm, relaxing skin treatments all year round. The yam and pumpkin-enzyme peel exfoliates complexions as it evens out skin tone, whereas a calming facial addresses rosacea and sensitive skin with extracts of rosehip and maize flowers.

Owner Mari Mamikunian tries to use organic components such as these—along with products from Jan Marini and Éminence—in many of her services. As a licensed aesthetician and certified yoga instructor, she aims to nourish the skin and calm the mind simultaneously. Her specialties are nutrient-rich facials and fast-yet-gentle waxing procedures, but she also offers body treatments. Her pear and green-apple sugar scrub, for example, can boost the body's circulation while smoothing the skin.
