I had read some reviews so I wasn't shocked by my experience which helped. Cleanliness needs improvement. The floor was swept using an ancient broom only causing dust and dirt to fly. I thought I'd better check to see if the place had air conditioning but the person who answered the phone said they open the back door and have fans to compensate. She assured me that it actually quite cold.
The person who worked on me did not explain anything that was being done and she nicked on of my toes as she was cutting so she had to stop the bleeding.
I gave a cash tip to her as I left and the owner said that I owed an additional $20 for the color which I thought was included in the "Deluxe Pedicure" worth $60. When she said I could pay $10, I made and excuse. The work was mediocre at best and I was taught that toe nails should be cut straight across. She shaped them at the sides which could cause ingrown nails.

I was able to book an appointment smoothly and they were really helpful during this process. The pricing is definitely lower compared to other salons, but in this case, you get what you pay for in terms of quality. While the staff did perform all the services as advertised, it felt like they were going through the motions rather than providing a meaningful experience. For example, the hot stone therapy was essentially just placing and sliding a warm stone over my leg —not what I’d consider a proper massage.
Although I appreciate the affordability, it’s not worth it for a mediocre pedicure. Cleanliness is another concern—the salon didn’t feel particularly hygienic. Also, be aware that tipping is expected via Zelle

My recent nail and pedicure appointment couldn’t have been more positive. Service great from moment arriving until departure. I have been a client for about 4 years. Obviously if not positive experiences I wouldn’t still be going. Highly recommend. Joan (real person) 😎
