The Pacific Northwest's finest chocolatiers will convene at the eighth annual Seattle Luxury Chocolate Salon, a celebration of the confection's myriad forms and uses. Of course there will be truffles and caramels galore, presented by the likes of Amano Artisan Chocolate, Tease Chocolates and Forte Chocolates (plus William Dean Chocolates from "The Hunger Games"). But that's not even the half of it. Between browsing the creations of luxury chocolate vendors, guests can sit in on educational panel discussions; speakers in previous years have included chocolate gurus Barbie Van Horn, Lauren Adler, and Karen Neugebauer.
