Palmi Korean BBQ, Seattle

From bibimbap served in a stone pot to kimchi fried rice, Palmi serves some of Korea's most popular and flavorful dishes. But it pulls in most visitors not with meals the kitchen makes, but with food that diners cook on their own.

At fiery grills built into the tables themselves, guests sear brisket, short ribs, thinly sliced pork belly, and other meats, which they order by the plate or in combination platters. They also indulge in all of the traditional accoutrements, including small servings of appetizers known as banchan and shot glasses of Korean soju.
