They did a great job explaining the procedure and managed my expectations - I appreciated the thorough explanation despite me having glanced over it and signed. I felt safe and comfortable. I got a little woozy at one point and the nurse got me a juice box and took a short break - felt great and cared for. Highly recommend this place!
