Soprano's Antico, Seattle

Made-from-scratch dough topped with fresh sauce enters the belly of the wood-fired oven at Soprano's Antico, soon to emerge a true Neapolitan-style pie. Complete with melted mozzarella and a crisp crust dotted with black leopard spots, these pizzas also bear mouthwatering mixes of toppings, such as prosciutto, goat cheese, roasted peppers, and basil.

The pies then make their way to the dining room along with plates of fettuccine alfredo, calzones, and other Italian fare. And they're enjoyed in the midst of eclectic, Old World–style trappings: at wooden tables, alongside glasses of wine, beneath a tin ceiling from which charming chandeliers hang.
