What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Stay Gold is a racing sailboat offering those with ANY experience level of sailing (no previous experience required) to join our crew for select sailboat races throughout the South Puget Sound/Seattle area. All we ask is you have a great attitude, an adventurous spirit and a willingness to learn!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Captain Brian and First Mate Ashley are Pacific Northwest natives who have spent more time on the water than on dry land in recent years. Hailing from such a beautiful area of the PNW, the goal of Stay Gold is to let others experience the thrill and adventure that comes along with sailboat racing!

What do you love most about your job?
Not for the faint of heart - we love getting to expose others to the exciting world of sailboat racing! We get to teach first time sailors how to raise & trim sails, seasoned sailors how to maximize hull speed while racing and everyone else gets to experience all of the other thrills in between!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Captain Brian was incredibly knowledgeable! You can tell he loves what he does and his love for this sport was infectious. With very little prior sailing experience, he was patient in teaching me what I needed to know and making me comfortable on his boat. I'd love to join the crew for another race!
