Got a long text the morning before the scheduled cleaning that my coupon would not be honored in my case. I cancelled but they marked my groupon as used, even though they said they would refund me. Avoid them at all costs.

Purchased the 5-room cleaning services. They canceled during the first appointment we set. When they finally came, the carpets to be cleaned were 3 fully-carpeted bedrooms and 2 area rugs that were in the family room & dining room. They denied to perform cleaning services as it wasn’t 5 fully carpeted rooms. When we requested for just the 3 fully-carpeted bedrooms to be done then, the tech said since it wasn’t 5 rooms only 3, they couldn’t do that either, which makes no sense. Horrible customer service all around.

Horrible after they didn’t show and told me after multiple calls to them they redeemed my Groupon saying I used it so not buy this you will regret it

The staff came to our home to pressure wash. When he got there he said he wouldn’t do the job unless we paid him $422.00 for moss killer! I was shocked and said no, so he left. I wouldn’t recommend this company!
