The repair was basic and needed parts were provided at minimal cost. My only disappointment was I had to make 4 trips to the shop (30 min from my home each way) because he was closed once due to family emergency and once due to stomach flu. I called ahead but there is no answering service if he is not there.

Overall very dissatisfied with the entire experience here. When I dropped off my bike on Friday afternoon, I was told that it was going to be a 2 day turn around for a tune up. When I called on Sunday, they told me that it wasn't ready yet and that it'll be ready on Tuesday--that's 4 days after I dropped it off! When I tried to get answers on the phone, they seemed very annoyed that I even called.
