Today was my first attempt at pilates and I have several physical issues that were of concern to me going in. Lillian was so attentive to my needs in a gentle and encouraging way, without hovering over me. I loved the class and can't wait to go back tomorrow!!!

I went for my very first Pilates class this morning! Very small class size (just me because there was a cancellation) and I really enjoyed it! I was pretty nervous walking in but Lilian was extremely sweet and patient and I enjoyed going through the basics. Can’t wait to come back next week!
