It's an okay gym to work out, not that clean. Their trainers and sales staff are really pushy about roping you in for a long term membership plans. Even though the monthly fee is really cheap, their enrollment and initiation fees alone are double that of other gyms I've been to. So you end up paying a good chunk up front just to get started. My Groupon for was a 6 weeks free trial, I was basically hounded by the staff from day 1 to sign up for their membership. Once you're enrolled in a membership, it's not easy to cancel either. There's also a $29 annual equipment fee that is taken out of your account every year on top of monthly dues, so all in all, I ended up paying so much more for this place than I have any other gyms.

I just wanted to try the gym, hence the 6-week Groupon, but got intense pressure to sign up for a full membership on my first visit. I felt like I was at a used car dealership. I wish they would have eased up and let me do my own thing. I won't be returning to the gym.

Felt like I was being stalked by the groupon guy. Initially I was going to join but he freaked me out too much. Plus everyone was a gym rat...not a very friendly place, unless you belong to a frat or your muscles have muscles.

Too much equipment was out of service and I was constantly waiting for the staff as they were unprepared to help me. This was at Canyon Park.

Send a message to Brandon and let him know how awesome he is as a trainer. I really hope he moves to another gym because I would love to be trained by him again. Also let them know how shady their bait and switch business practices are. Especially with all the extra fees. The initiation fees are fine. I wouldn't have worried about that, but the contracts and the annual $29 fee was just too much for me to take. It was about the money at all it was the principle of it.
