Didn’t receive my deposit back( very pricey ) … parking garage was always overfilled, tiny spaces, lots of fine print, lease was more complicated than my apartment, but when I was able to get a spot, i didn’t have to fear getting ticketed, car stolen, window smashed out, and the other horrors of street parking in my neighborhood. $550 upfront is a little ridiculous though. :(

The parking spot was okay. The customer service is terrible, and they’re overpriced. I also didn’t receive my deposit from my FOB key back even though I turned it in in the allotted time. They don’t seem to have great communication with their parking facilities.

Pretty poor communication from the company and the apartment complex I rented from. Made the process a bit frustrating!

Grateful for this service! Had an issue with key fobs but it was settled by someone who does their job.
