About Zobel Ethiopian Restaurant

Zobel Ethiopian Cuisine owner Enana Kassa has been around the block when it comes to restaurant managing. After immigrating from Gondar, Ethiopia, to the United States, Enana first opened Blue Nile Restaurant, which became an Ethiopian staple in her community. Following its success, she then opened up Zobel Ethiopian Cuisine, which serves the same fresh, high quality African dishes, but in a much larger space. One of these dishes is the doro wot, a popular, Ethiopian holiday chicken dish cooked with Ethiopian-style spices.
