Just a pizza toss from the shores of Lake Seminole sits Brooklyn Pizza Company, a place where family and friends can find New York–style pizza made the old way. Each morning the spring water finds its way into rounds of fresh dough. Elsewhere in the kitchen, San Marzano tomatoes, imported directly from Italy, are hand-crushed to release their signature flavor.
