Doing this style of yoga is amazing!! I am able to really connect my mind and body in this practice that it is doing more for me then just becoming fit on a physical level. Every teacher I have encountered taking their class has been awesome! They are all extremely knowledgeable and really keep me motivated. Every time I think I just had the best class I get something better out of my next. 💜

I went to the hot yoga class in Bayport studio Friday night (1st time for me with hot yoga) & had an excellent experience & awesome instructor! Can’t wait to go back!
