I have really enjoyed my time here so far. Classes are a WORKOUT. And a benefit for people who need guided physical activity to help with motivation. I feel like it's important to try out the classes. Everyone from instructors to fellow attendees is friendly and welcoming. Have made some good friends here already. An all around great environment.
