Not a typical tourist trap, but a good place to go.

Server was nice, but the management was rude and didn't listen nor reason well with customers (including us with a simple request). There were two incidents around our party that was handled very unprofessional and with little regard to future business.

Your staff should be trained on the use of the groupon prior to people attempting to use it!

This place has so much potential but is in need of new management. I was shocked by the lack of customer service and friendliness. We were treated as though we interrupted the waitresses day and when asking another waitress (not ours) a nice question she rolled her eyes and showed complete annoyance that I dared to speak to her. There is ZERO chance of us ever visiting again. Did I mention our waitress told us to check out the rooftop deck and after taking two young children up there we discovered we were locked up there. No one came for 10+ minutes so we unzipped the bar plastic covering (it was closed) and finally found a way down by elevator. We told the staff and they didn't even apologize! They said "Yeah, I guess it is locked"....
