Purchased the family pack and had no issues redeeming at gate just pull up the voucher in the app and they scan then you are good to go in no issues. Ride wait was reasonable and one thing I can say is that the park throughout was very clean and maintained. I saw many workers walking around making sure no trash was on floor and that drink spills were taken care of. Parking is also not free.
