The O'Connor Sports Center has just about everything you need to get in shape and stay that way. The facility, which is owned and operated by Xavier University, treats members to a host of amenities including a 25-meter indoor lap pool, a three-court gymnasium, and two racquetball courts. For those looking to hit the treadmill or lift some weights, the center offers a Nautilus cardio room complete with ellipticals, stationary bikes, and a rowing machine, as well as a Hammer strength room filled with free weights, squat machines, and more. Instructor-led group classes are also available for students who want to improve their yoga and Pilates skills. As additional perks, guests can secure their possessions in the locker room before every workout.
