This studio is excellent! Sudah is an amazing instructor. As a beginner, she, and every other class member, made me feel welcome and comfortable. The classes are relaxing yet challenging. I would highly recommend Om Wellness Yoga Studio to anyone looking to practice Yoga - from beginner to expert!
