I am so pleased with your facility -- I may continue to go even during the summer month when I would prefer to walk/run outside -- I just can't say enough about the Virtual Exercise!!!

They offer a personal trainer for free one time,but they only give you a few exercises then if you want any more you can hire them for about $30-$40 an hour that I was disappointed with
